No matter whether you are selling a product or service. You must give an abundant amount of proof. That your offering can fill their need.

Buyers do not like to be sold. Buying is done on an emotional level. As such you must not only give them the reason to buy but why it was a good idea to buy.

Buyer’s remorse is why a lot of businesses get returns/cancelations.

How do you stop this?

Buy given proof, an abundant amount of proof. Show them that their decision to make the purchase was right.

How do you give that proof of evidence? Two main ways are product specifications and testimonials.

Product Specifications:

Product specifications can be that gold nugget(s) that sets you apart from your competitors. A piano company hired a copywriter. The advertising they had was not getting the expected returns.
